Sarah was raised in Dayton, OH and is a proud graduate of Chaminade-Julienne Catholic High School. Sarah moved to Cincinnati to attend college at Xavier University where she studied business and earned a degree in Marketing. Sarah moved back to Dayton, OH in 2008 to attend law school at the University of Dayton School of Law. Upon being admitted to practice law in Ohio in 2011, Sarah returned to Cincinnati and started her legal career at the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. Over the course of her nine years of service as a prosecuting attorney, Sarah handled a variety of cases including child support, delinquency cases, custody cases, and Abuse/Neglect/Dependency cases. In August 2020, Sarah transitioned to private practice with Tibbs Law Office where she continues to focus her practice on family law and juvenile law. In the future, Sarah aspires to serve as a Guardian ad Litem and also has an interest in becoming a mediator. Sarah practices in Warren, Butler, and Hamilton Co.
Outside of her law practice, Sarah enjoys cooking, traveling, photography, and spending time with family. She enjoys crafting, attending local farmer’s markets, and exploring the many parks in Cincinnati. Sarah volunteers at her daughter’s school and is an active parishioner at St. Francis De Sales. Sarah has served on the planning committee for the Child Advocacy Center (Warren County) and she also participates in annual fundraising events for St. Jude’s Hospital.
