Misha Tibbs – Office Manager
Misha falls asleep on the job. A Lot. Misha loves treats and belly rubs and will be sure to put a smile on your face, even if you are mad at our firm. She gets a 10/10 on raising office moral.

Kat Knehans – Receptionist-Paralegal
Katarina Knehans is an Australian/American writer. She attended the University of Cincinnati and completed her BA in Creative Writing in 2019.
While attending UC she founded Rogue Writers, a writing group who, under her leadership, went on to publish a literary journal and a multi-media album with the Society of International Composers.
Upon graduating Knehans worked within the community conducting writing workshops for survivors of sexual abuse/assault and still does a monthly workshop through the Recovery Center of Hamilton County where she previously taught classes on childhood trauma and completed trainings to become a peer recovery supporter and to continue to grow her knowledge on trauma informed care.
She has collaborated on a handful of creative projects with different composers that have gone on to be published and performed in America and Europe.
She completed University of Cincinnati’s BAR accredited Paralegal studies course in 2024, making dean’s list every semester. She also became a licensed notary for the state of Ohio.

Hajar Shalash – Legal Assistant/Paralegal
Hajar is an Arab American paralegal at Tibbs Law Office. Inspired by her own experiences navigating challenges where support was hard to find, she is passionate about working alongside attorneys to help others access the guidance they need. She graduated in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminal justice and brings a strong background in customer service to her role. Outside of work, Hajar enjoys spending time outdoors with her friends and family.
