Misha Tibbs – Office Manager
Misha falls asleep on the job. A Lot. Misha loves treats and belly rubs and will be sure to put a smile on your face, even if you are mad at our firm. She gets a 10/10 on raising office moral.

Kat Knehans – Receptionist-Paralegal
Katarina Knehans is an Australian/American writer. She attended the University of Cincinnati and completed her BA in Creative Writing in 2019.
While attending UC she founded Rogue Writers, a writing group who, under her leadership, went on to publish a literary journal and a multi-media album with the Society of International Composers.
Upon graduating Knehans worked within the community conducting writing workshops for survivors of sexual abuse/assault and still does a monthly workshop through the Recovery Center of Hamilton County where she previously taught classes on childhood trauma and completed trainings to become a peer recovery supporter and to continue to grow her knowledge on trauma informed care.
She has collaborated on a handful of creative projects with different composers that have gone on to be published and performed in America and Europe.
She completed University of Cincinnati’s BAR accredited Paralegal studies course in 2024, making dean’s list every semester. She also became a licensed notary for the state of Ohio.
Also, Kat loves cats!
Van Hoang – Legal Assistant/Paralegal
Van is a dedicated paralegal with a passion for helping others and making a positive difference in people’s lives. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Miami University, where she developed a broader understanding of global perspectives and cultures.
Naturally curious and eager to learn, Van has always enjoyed exploring the world and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. Her compassionate nature and commitment to service make her especially rewarding to work with as she helps clients navigate important matters with care and attention.
Van is grateful to be part of a team of talented and supportive women who share her dedication to helping others and providing exceptional service.
