Transcript: Jordan Speaking: Frequent complaints about litigation include: Having to take time off of work to attend several pre-trials where you may not get heard or even get to go into the courtroom, the court being late, and, of course, the general financial costs of going through a lengthy court process. By contrast, mediation can be scheduled when it’s convenient for the parties. The parties don’t have to wait for the court docket because mediation office, occurs in a private attorney’s such as TIBBS LAW OFFICE. And again, for parties right for mediation, the case could be resolved in just a few sessions, the cost of which can be split by the parties.
